Comments:
General comment. The change from series/grades to pay bands with subgroupings of related occupations will have an impact on the Career Program for those professional occupations. Career path planning will need to be analyzed against the new system to assure that organizations have the proper professional skillsets for the mission. Career progression offered by the Career Program is a "taking care of employees" issue that adds to dedication to service and strengthens the organization.
