Perfect dont change a thing I love it. After all these years of having to hide my favortism for my friends and family I can finally just do what I want. It will really work out for me because once this takes effect I'll be able to take full advantage of the system (for us) and before anyone catches on I'll be retired. I do however feel bad for those employees that wont be able to reap any benifits from nsps. hey, dont worry though we'll have to keep some of you around to actualy do the work.
