9101.9xx Union Representation: If the ability of the union to represent it's members is cut as deeply as it appears to me I would prefer that the union be eliminated as sole bargaining agent. In case of dispute, etc., I would rather be able to hire my own lawyer rather than have to depend on a crippled union.
