The "Pay for Performance" is ripe for nepotism and favoritism. If an employee refuses to work uncompensated overtime he / she will be not be seen as a "team player". Only "team players" will be eligible for "Performance" raises. In addition, if you do not buy the correct amount of "Girl Scout Cookies" from your supervisor - no pay raise for you!!
