9901.907 National Security Labor Relations Board. It appears that this is a company court, run by the company, for the benefit of the company. If not, then there should be no reason for the Secretary of Defense to oppose using the National Labor Relations Board in cases of dispute. Since the board consists of three members, since it can operate with two members and since, in case of tie the chair is disportive it can be assumed that in the great majority of cases that the decision of the chair is final. Why not just call it a Kangaroo court.
