This new NSPS proposal is so wrong for DoD workers. There has been no input from the Democratic party, Unions or DoD employees. This NSPS proposal was crafted by Republicans in secrecy to the whims of Donald Rumsfeld. Mr. Rumsfeld seems to want unlimited and absolute power over DoD employees. He wants to take our rights, our pay and our honor away from DoD workers. How long before the USA becomes a Communist Nation with Donald Rumsfeld in charge?
