9901.910 This section requires that the government consult with the union. It does not require negotiation, agreement, consideration of facts or anything other than consultation. If the union is to be so weakened, do away with all recognitions of unions and allow us to hire our own lawyers when necessary. All this does is to weaken the unions to such point that they are not able to protect members in the bargaining units.
