Comments:
The whole NSPS system will give mangement the right to run rampant with nepotisim, constantly degrade employees at will based on their feelings and give raises only to their friends. NSPS takes away all rights of every employee. The whole NSPS system is based on favoritism the good old boy system. At this rate DOD will have constant turn over with dischanted employees-never ever able to keep intelligent employees only yes people.
