Reading the comments that other civilian workers have submitted brings me to the conclusion that National Security Personal System (NSPS) is not favorably accepted. I have continued to stay abreast with the information that is provided by NSPS, and what the people in charge of the inplementation of the system are not listing to the common GS worker. It is a "joke" of the way that NSPS is putting out the information. By telling me that it will be better. Nothing in the system gives me an incentive to do more than what I already doing. I do more now with the little resources I have and now I am do more with less. I know that annual raises will go away and be base on performace and those that do not perform will not get a "cent"! Well, I guess that will be a lot of vacancies which will increase the burden of other people. As for the managers who will be the primary evaluators who will determine my pay, huh, I have yet to see one manger who can objectively rate someone. I guess I better "brown nose" to make sure I will get a pay increase and forget about my fellow worker. Dog eat dog!
