# 1.Collective Bargining is being abolished under this system. Federal employees should have the right to be represented by Labor Unions. # 2. This system is reverting back to the "Good Ole Boy" system. If a supervisor likes a employee, he will do good, if not, that employee has no chance. Pay banding is another excuse by the government to get employees to be "yes people", no matter the circumstances. The government is full of hard working under paid employees now. This new system will only make it worse. # 3. Taking away a loyal employees "longevity", and replacing it with "experience". This is just another way for supervisors to promote or reward their pets. This is forcing hard working loyal employees to feel betrayed and shafted by their employer. # 4. Civilian Deployment is the final straw in the privitization circus. This one idea alone is enough to make NSPS a joke, that is not worth telling.
