Comments:
Having being a descendant of DOD employees, having siblings currently serving and a career employee myself, I have to disagree that this new system will be a possitive approach to system that has worked for decades. I fear that it would adversely affect our current DOD workforce causing distrust, low morale and disgruntle employees. Those most likely to be adversely affected are those of us who truely deserve merit. It will most likely influence favoritism and will become extremely unethical to say the least. I vote NO on this change and YES on the existing General Salary and Wage established by our forefathers.
