I do not have time to read to find the specific sections I am commenting on however, I hear that you can move employees around at will without thier consent. I believe that If you try to move employees you will have a lot a retirements on your hand and all your expertise will be out the door. A lot of employees around here have husbands and other family members who cannot move easily. I know one employee who drives an hour each way to be able to live with her parents and help them. I also do not like the part of no guaranteed cose of living raises. I live in a high cost area New York Area and we need the money to keep up with the living expenses. How are we going to pay for gas for the cars and other things without cost of living raises. I think you should start over on the proposal. I do not like any of it. I think managers will play favorites and not fairly give raises to all employees only there friends.
