Comments:
Pay bands have not worked in the private sector . The supervisors at DFAS are not qualified to determine my raises and determine my career or my job. We will be going back to the days of favoritism and "the good ole boys". The only people getting raises will be management and buddies such as what happened at NASA recently. Quality performance will go down the drain totally and performance will based on quantity. I hope I'm wrong but I can see our quality product being eradicated.
