I strongly believe the new system proposed is a major MISTAKE! The reasons are the following: 1- Awards will be giving to favorites 2- Promotions will also be given to the favorites 3- Visability projects will be given to favorite few/w/ more awards 4- Even if you are a "worker", getting job done, but you are not the boss(s) favorite employee, you will still NOT get rewards, because those will be saved to be given to the employees that "kiss".....the supervisor. 5- The new system is an erroneous mistake, because the workers, and not supevisors favorite, will STAY behind on promotions and pay upgrades. I strongly urge NAVFAC to reconsider and stop the new system.
