Subpart C Pay, Sections 9901.301 to 9901.373: In regard to 'overall' amounts of pay-DoD WILL TRY-where are the guarantees? There are none because the details have been ommitted from the NSPS proposal and it is a secret. Subpart D Performance Management-9901.401 to 9901.409: What is the internal DoD process for challenging a performance appraisal rating? You cannot answer, because you have nothing in place or is it you haven't provided those details. Just another betrayal to this NSPS proposal. Subpart F Workforce Shaping-9901.6012 to 9901.611: So an employee puts in 20+ years and now that service time means nothing! Their performance will now be the priority. Hello! This is a disservice to a 20+ year veteran. What does these NSPS proposals have to do with our National Security? I believe this is a poor excuse of a proposal and a way to try to break the Union.
