Comments:
Current hysteria caused by concern over a possible terrorist attack on our shores and overseas assets or Federal employees ability (specifically Navy civilian workers) to meet Donald Rumsfelds definition of mission is hardly cause for a National Security Personnel System. Particulary one that is a thinly veiled, full tilt assault on American Labor. We are not the enemy! Please quit treating us like we are. Or is the intent to just trim wages to help pay for other priorities.
