I do not see any reference to granting veterans preferrence, either 5 point or 10 point (if those are the points to be granted), for job applicants in recruitment and competitive examination for Staffing and Employment under Subpart E, 5 CFR Chapter XCIX or Part 9901.511, External Recruitment and Internal Placement.
