The NSPS payroll system promotes inequities among workers. In today's environment with work teams used to accomplish complex tasks, the system will create an atmosphere of look out for number one and piss on every one else. This philosophy creates individualism. Therefore, teamwork will not be utilized. Nothing is going to get done efficiently. Greed and politics will creep in and eventually destroy this great government workforce. The payroll system (NSPS) is incomplete. It would appear that the skeleton payroll system needs meat on the bones. More detailed specifications and rules need to be incorporated into the system. Common sense dictates that more time is needed to complete the new payroll system. A better grievance procedure is needed. HowWhat will allow the workforce a way to not be taken advantage of? Everyone should be accountable and the government should be accountable also.
