I am a concerned Federal employee. Under the NSPS a lot of our right will be eliminated. As far as the raises for hard work that's bull the only ones getting the raises will be the Supervisors buddies. I have worked hard for the government for 15 years and time and time again the ones getting the promotions are not the ones working hard what makes people think this will change for the raises. If the Supervisors would do there job and get rid of the people that aren't doing there job now instead of moving them to another shop or different shift there would be no need for them to have more firing power. For these reasons I oppose the NSPS proposal.
