STARVING YET ANOTHER BEAST NOW ARE WE! To even begin to consider implementing this system seems to me to be illconcieved at best due to the KNOWN problems identified in the test cases over the last 10 years. Currently this system is not working well in Homeland Security either. Intelligent men, faced with similar circumstances, would not. So this makes little sence to me to even begin to think about DOD, and then, IN ALMOST THE SAME BREATH< want to immediatly begin the process of deploying it government wide. We see through all of this, and know there is a hidden agenda Neo Conservative PNAC SPIN to your new system. You can take it to the bank that the desired results WILL NOT BE realized, you will, in fact, loose good folks, I will be one of them. We know your statment of the results desired is'nt the real reason at all, but just a cover for the DOD to be able to do damn well what they want when they want to at their convience! SOUNDS LIKE A DICTATORSHIP TO ME!
