National Security Personnel System should not go into effect. The government employee are making just enough to get by in some area. Pay for Performance may sound good to some, but what if your superiors are not concerned with your standard of living? Most higher grades like the fact that they make more money than you, and may not want to take the time to make sure you get a raise because you work hard. I guess the next thing will be begging for a raise, or even worse.
