I disagree with the whole thing. Throw it out! This is messing with our livelihood and we just can't afford to do this. We already live in a world of anxiety, inflation and fear. Why do you want to add more undue stress in our lives? Look at the gas prices, our country can not even get that under control and now you want to give us less pay and no CLA raises. What are you thinking? I feel that this has already caused distress in the work place and it has not even taken effect yet. I understand that we have to be flexible with change and the so called "who moved my cheese" thing, but I do not feel that this is something that Congress should do to the American people that have dedicated there lives in taking care of this country. By the way, will Congress be on this NSPS plan as well? I am asking that this not be implemented. I am against it.
