Comments:
I feel in a perfect world NSPS might be a fair plan. However, working for the Federal Government for over 22 yrs., I know different. NSPS literarily puts the lives of the non-management government worker in the hands of supervisors or team leaders whom are very oppionated and very unfair to good workers that they just don't happen to LIKE. I have been victimized in the past with the system we have. Believe me when I say there are people who have been victimized far worse than I just because a supervisor cannot seperate their personal feelings from their profesional duty. The personal Sacrifies and Commitment that we as Government workers were told was soooo appreciated, is very hard to believe when we are literarily being thrown to the wind. However being left, with no other choice when we get dogged by a Supervisor or Team Leader I can see the civil suits being filed on these people.
