My concern is educational advance, as we all know technology is taken a big part in our daily business. If we stay in the GS system for thirty years probably after ten years we need to reeducate ourself to stay abroad. Right now every time we solicit some kind of training or school included in our Master Training Plan, money is not available. The Institution I'm working does not keep up with our Master Training Plan. I'm in the 0391 series and I had provided a copy of the Master Training Plan to my supervisor with no results. I believe that every field has it Master Training Plan for a purpose. The NSPS I hope is a tool that can complement that piece of the puzzle. I which we all can benefit with new changes. I want to thanks everyone involved in making it happened.
