I feel that there is not enough information for implementational. There are many unanswered question. One of my concerns is the cost of living raise that we usually get each year as well as locality pay. There are still unanswered questions as far as where each individual will be placed in the pay band. If pay band should be beneficial to the government as well as each employee. Also it seems that the focus of the pay band is only on a primary group of people, exceptional as it is perceived by the supervisor many times because of personal feelings. In this case DFAS loses quality emplyees because of who you know and not what you know. I plan the do quality work with or without the NSPS these are just some of my concerns.
