(Chapter 43, Performance Appraisal) This is nothing new, this will be the same "Good ol' Boy" system we have now. If you are a buddy of your supervisor you will still benefit under this system. How well you do your job will have nothing to do with how well you are compensated. There are no checks to guarantee a fair and accurate appraisal. As in the past, if you suck-up to your supervisor you will continue to do well under this system. To help do away with the "Good ol' Boy" system, supervisors should be appraised by a panel made up of "Labor". This would help supervisors see their way to a fair and accurate appraisal of employees, if their actions were overseen by a panel not made up of their buddies.
