Comments:
The NSPS system is unfair to all of DoD employees. To eliminate cost of living raises alone will not only lower the income of employees but will also lower the moral. Fairness in appraisals is not a requirement in the first place at Columbus DFAS; to think of supervisors determining employees' pay makes me cringe! I have had several supervisors in the past who gave their friends the highest appraisals. In the new NSPS system, these favorite employees will also be getting the increases of pays. What an unfair system.
