Comments:
After all these years of service that civilians in government employment i.e. 30/35 years they serviced why now these regulations are being implemented, by our reelected president's administration. This action affects a lot of people that are in the time of their lives that they look forward for retirement age. It seems all those years of service are meaningless. What will happen to new employees just starting their civil service careers? In short this is out of the question don't implement these rules.
