NSPS will only place more political power in supervision and will dis-allow good working personnel not liked as well by management opportunity for earned advancement. I am a single parent of two children attending school in order to be able to reach a higher income to support my family and yet I am going to be deployable under NSPS? If I wanted to deploy, I'd enlisted in an armed service. The theory of pay banding is without adoubt one of the worst ideas slyly slipped in under Homeland Security. This is a failed attempt to discredit hard working persons employed by the Government and making it harder to advance than it already is in our current system. I say out with NSPS and find a way to maximize skill with better promotion opportunity based on work performance where other rating factors determine that promote!
