This whole thing is unlawful. You are giving us a dead line to make comments, but nothing has been proposed yet. We were told that maybe the week that this is to be implemented we might have all of the proposed regulations. Just like the government to say, here, you are going to start this on July 1st, but we are not going to tell you anything about it until after your already under the new policy and your hands are tied. There is one thing we do know and that is you want to take away our Cost of Living and Locality Pay (I don’t think so). I did not serve my country as a Veteran just to be treated like dirt by my own government/country. Even the Romans were smart enough to know that their survival was only as strong as their military and that’s why no one had the right to vote or own property until they served in the military. Grant it, the empire did fall but that was because of the government became corrupt. You seeing a pattern here?
