Senior analysts have determined the best course for the NSPS system. They should have to come down and work at the lower GS and WG system. This would've given them a complete overview from their ivory towers. I would suggest that you have a brown-nosing course given so we can now get a raise and be able to keep our jobs. Anyone bucking the system now will in all likely hood get a swift boot from the civil service with absolutely no recourse. In my opinion the changes that will be implemented will be a detriment to being able to work. If you wanted to make some sensible changes the Army Regulations should've been changed. It's like we were told in school.. DLA can ship anything, anywhere in 24 hours. That's a hoot!!! Overnight ship means 7 - 10 days and that's only if its in stock. Big holes in your plans boys unless you're trying to disrupt the American system and kill it.
