I do not see a lot of specifics in this new system. How are we to comment on items that are not even decided yet. But at any rate, this will be flawed because there is lots of flawed management. Our current system gets bogged down at times, but there is a reason it has evolved over the years. Now it appears we have a military shortage and they want to fill in that shortage with civilians. What protection will we have from being sent overseas?
