Subpart A, General provisions, 9901-101 Subpart C, Pay & Pay Administration, 9901.313, .332,342,361406,409,512,701-717, 801-810,921,916,919. I have been working for the DOD in uniform and out of uniform for over 35 years. The above listed partical list of the new program that you will force us to conform to is a travesty! I have seen some usless programs over the years that have been corrected in time but this one is tops them all. I love my country and working for DOD but this one smacks of Big Brother and Big Business all in one neat package. I'm not even sure if there will be some reprecussions on me for sending these comments to DOD. I have 7 years left before I retire and hope that I will be able to end my career with the govt. but I feel that I will be working for Corporate DOD, or just terminated. There are sections that don't even give us a answer on what will get us fired " to be determined"? I will not waste my time or yours in thinking that my comments or any one elses will change any of this. I just hope that the freedom of speech that I paid for is still in effect and there will be no retribution back at me for being honest. Is there no sense of reason ,fairness, logic, honor, left in our DOD leadership or private lobby lead politicians any more?
