I think it is terrible about the seniority situations, we almost had a rift a couple of times and the minorities are usually the losers. We are human beings also. My twenty some years would go for nothing because of my color!! I feel used and abused and everyone who is not in the "circle" should feel the same way. We have nice bosses now--but will the stress change us all to monsters. Let's get real, let us go back to doing the right thing--if there every was a time that it was done. The way we mistreat people will someday have to come back and haunt us, I know the ones who have our future in their hands-don't think so. But I know this is true.Like the wizard of Oz, aperson wanted a heart. Please give the people in charge of our lives a HEART!!!
