I am very concerned about the pay banding. In view of the past and current practices of favortism, I can see further abuse being carried out. I am also concerned about the people that are on the CSRS being forced out of jobs. I am also concerned about the fact that punishment will be handed out and then you can argue about it, but only in front of other supervision. The past has shown that supervision will stick together even if they are wrong. This whole act is destroying the work force. You will be loosing so much knowledge and man power. Morale is already dropping. Please reconsider this whole act. We need to keep our Military and Civilian work force strong and motivated. Under these conditions this will not happen. As a country we can't afford this type of policy.
