Great. Change the system on me after I've worked for the Government for more than 20 years and now won't benefit from those years. Why aren't only the new guys/gals getting screwed like I did in 1984 when we were put under Social Security while the people who started a few months before me are covered by CSRS and never had to throw away a cent on Social Security? Now, not only will the boss's favorites and protected groups continue to get QSIs and promotions, but the non-favorites won't get step increases.
