I BELEIVE THENATIONAL SECURITY PERSONNEL SYSTEM seems to be uising the new terroist threat as an excuse to dismantle the civil service system that has served this country for so many years.Ibeleive thisadminastration is just trying to burst theunion just like the Reagen adminastration did to the air traffic controlers. As a Navy vetren of six years and serving as civil servent of twenty seven years,i dont like the thought of doing away with vetren prefrences. This is not a wise way to treat the people that served god and country so loyalie.
