Comments:
The NSPS system is basically proposed on being implemented without the workforce affected by it asked for comments prior to the 30 day comment period going towards making a law. The system does not really allow for grievences to be addressed by union representation without being a member. The new system required that professional personnel become essentially salaried. Alot of info provided on the NSPS system is to be determined. A system should not be implemented without all of the issues being fully addressed prior to the start.
