Comments:
I protest against the NSPS cutting our current benefits: the cost of living raises/adjustments, locality pay adjustment, and union prepresentation. NSPS, as it is now written, is unfair to me, the government employee, and, also, it violates the contract with the government that I signed when I hired on under CSRS.
