I have been in management for over 15 years and the only things that I can see NSPS creating is more stress, more hostilty and lower morale in the workplace. The NSPS will only bring back the Good Old Boy System with a vengeance. NSPS will allow management to dictate to the workers their every move, action and opinion, that is of course if the workers want to stay in the good graces of their management in hopes of trying to gain any kind of pay increase. The workers will be put in very stressful situations in which fellow workers will back stab each other in order to try to gain a bigger part of the money from the pay pool. That situation will be detrimental to the government's ongoing agenda of pushing for better teamwork in the workplace. Workers in the same office, on the same job position and with the same skill level will be paid differently due to the fact that some of the workers who attend social activities with their management will get bigger pay increases as compared to other workers who are more inclined to spend time with their families or at their church activities rather then at the 19th hole at the golf course. What few good managers I have worked for in nearly 36 years of good service will be put in the stressful situation of trying to balance pay increases against their workers production, which in the white collar world is almost always impossible to measure.
