I have grave concerns with giving supervisors even more power than they already have. This is the good old boys system at it's best. Supervisors are human beings and coddle to trouble makers, often times hard workers are overlooked because they just do their job and shut up. I believe it will have no impact to give hard workers their dues or trouble makers or people who don't do their jobs their dues. I can't believe the union hasn't had a fit over all this and as for elected officials supporting this, let's see what happens in November.
