I object to the content of the NSPS; there is nothing fair in this proposed regulation. These are outlandish rules that put labor back to the 1800’s mentality where you can be fired because you are not liked. The Pope could be fired because management doesn’t like his cap. It is wrong to take away veterans preference and years of service for RIF. The DOD should go to the table with the labor unions and develop a fair personnel system, which they have yet to do. DOD is ramming this unreasonable NSPS down our throats without cause. Repeal this insulting atrocity.
