Docket# NSPS 2005-001 RIN- 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 Dear Sirs/Ma'am, The current proposal to inact the NSPS is a total disservice to ALL Civil Service employees. Mr. Rumsfeld nor Gordon England has responsed to certian issues raised concening implimentation and the effects this new pay system will cause. I do not or will not support this new pay system and I will let my appointed representative know. I will hope and pray that this new system falls flat, and that more people will voice their concerns to thier representatives.
