Conversion Provisions Section 9901.371 - General. While it is essential that provisions such as those in sections 9901.372-373 be part of any set of regulations governing the DOD pay system, without the significant details such as the rate ranges, pay bands, and career groups, it is nearly impossible to make complete comments. When DOD does develop issuances and policies for these matters, the statutory collaboration process should begin.
