Pay: With the new pay system that DoD is trying to implement, I feel it is unfair that pay raises is at the decretion of your supervisor. What if the supervisor has a personal vendetta against you. By incorporating NSPS, it has a rippling affect on several topics discussed in the news letters, how does the government expect us to live reasonably if they plan on eliminating the cost of living, schedule and overtime. DoD really needs to think about it!!!!
