Comments:
As a government employee with 22 years of service. I do not agree with the payband. I feel the supervisor/management have more than enough power at this time with out giving them more. Supervisors and not all supervisors take this privilage way too far. I have seen in many years, employees not being promoted for reason from the supervisors, unfair reasons. I believe their should be a process that would be fair to the employee. In the 22 years, I have seen the supervisors favoristism toward friends/lunch buddies they call it, and the workers are doing the work, but the favorites are getting the promotions. I do not agree!!!!!
