I have read all information that is been print in order to get a feel for this legislation that was passed by our Representatives. As a goverment employee with 28 years of dedicated loyal service and as a diabled veteran I have the right to voice my opinion. I feel that this is the worst piece of legislation I have ever read. This is a means to bolster the good O'boy clubs of America. These good O'Boy clubs have been screwing the american Taxpayer for years. No self respecting person who has a lick of sense would join these clubs if in fact they new what they were doing in their work areas. They are in the higher manageral positions and would take care of the club members at the expense of the rest. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is a perfect example of the good O'boy clubs of america. I would retire before signing on. The other issue of the greatest concern is treating the workers as if they are a tool to use and discard when done. Tell me I have to be deployed to a different location is abserd. How would you like it? We are going back to the days of the sweat shops and while we are at it why don't you chain your children and grandchildren to machines with out caring what happens to them.We are people who care about people and our families this legislation is similiar to what you might find in the middle east not middle america. Open up your eyes and get a grip. I will not vote for those who favor this agenda and I will campain hard to get others to send this message with votes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
