Comments:
I am very displeased with the newly proposed NSPS system. With the implementation of paybands, they are taking away the little salary increase they give us now, and leaving it up to our Supervisor to decide how much, and if we will receive an increase. I believe that favoritism, and unprofessional anarchy will abound. And we will not have a union to watch our backs, either!! What does my salary, step increase, health benefits, or retirment have to do with National Security?
