Do you acutually believe with the enormous budget deficeit we now have that there will be monies for raises? I will be like everthing else that needs monies. They will take form our budget and gicve to something more useful. Civiliain Employees have been looseing ground since the 1980's. Everytime monies are need to run government they take from us because they can...This will be just another reason to tap our profits. This NSPS is going to be the begining of the downfall of our nation. When you get the turnover in employment that this system will promote, there will be no continuity and employees that don't care cause it will just be another job that wcan be replaced. Please don't do this to my country....
