I just hope managers do not employ the "good old boy system" and just give their buddies good ratings and those they care less for bad ratings. I can a lot of racial and discrimination law suits resulting from this change. White managers will have a tool to get rid of blacks and persons of color now, without just cause. A sad time in American history..
